About the event
Prairie Roots is an instrumental trio based in Chicago, IL. Beginning in 2024, the group is a collaboration between bassist Arlo Wohlgenant, guitarist Jack Rosa, and percussionist Andrés Bautista. The music is a blend of Americana, jazz, and blues, with a focus on improvisation and exploration. In the spring of 2025, they released their debut album, "Prairie Roots," which features a collection of original compositions.
