Jonathan Hape

Jonathan Hape is a live-looping singer/songwriter who specializes in entertaining shows of both originals and an eclectic array of covers spanning 60 years. A multi-instrumentalist, audio engineer, and educator from central OH, Hape has been self recording his music since he was 12. Hape has been called one of the most prolific artists in the region, having toured for decades in different projects and constantly reinventing himself and how his music is presented. ​ ​Other groups he plays in and produces include Narrow/Arrow (Math-Rock), Glass Cassette (EDM), Room & Board (Post Punk), Soren Song and Travis Stever (of Coheed & Cambria/LS Dunes), and Nicholas Rowe (Americana). His music has been featured on A&E and Spike TV as well as numerous videos, podcasts, and playlists. He is currently performing live-looping solo sets and booking nationally for 2026.
