About the event
Aaron Kaufman-Levine is a Chicago-based saxophonist, performer-composer and improviser. He currently plays in the AKL quartet, BearDuo, BananaAcid, and Blind Glass and more.
He has performed his work at the Chicago Jazz Festival, Constellation, the Jazz Showcase, Hungry Brain, The LilyPad, Oracle Egg (Los Angeles), and historic Jordan Hall (Boston).
Aaron has played with Ken Vandermark, Miguel Zenon, Mehmet Ali Sanlikol, Joe Morris, Michael Formanek, Rajiv Halim, Nanette Frank and more.
Aaron is the co-director of the “Music in the Garden” music festival.
