Our drink program is inspired by modern technique, and Our cocktails are guided by experimenting with flavors and liquors. We do this by highlighting a particular spirit or by complementing spirits with infusions, foams, teas, or ice and looking at ways we can surprise the drinker by focusing on a fruit, herb, or classic cocktail. Clara walks in with the awareness that not all of our guests enjoy an alcoholic beverage, and we believe non-drinkers should also have interesting potable options. We look to feature non-alcoholic beverages equal to the passion we put into our mixology.

Our Wine and Beer program is equally interested in environmental equity. Wine without ethics is not worth our time. We look to support vineyards with ethical practices, highlighting honest and natural wines throughout the world, thereby, sharing wine the way it should be. At Clara, we also love exciting Beer! We hope to collaborate with local breweries and bring in some of the best beer we can. Our beer program hosts varieties of drafts, bottles, and cans. Wine and beer is explorative and we look forward to sharing its beauty with you.

Performances at Clara are designed around entertaining and inspiring our patrons. We seek to establish a balance between creating an experience that excites, entertains, and encourages our patrons to return while giving the floor to unique forms of entertainment that are not typically seen in Chicago nightlife. We aim to show our patrons our passions in an environment that welcomes diversity, exploration, and community.
